Professor Fadlallah leads workshop on change for QF organizations

Professor Fadlallah gave a workshop for members of Qatar Foundation organizations on January 29th at the CMU-Q main campus. He spoke about leading change, and essential roles and responsibilities for managers under the umbrella of Qatar Foundation, which includes universities in Education City. The workshop included a simulation exercise to help managers hone their skills at change management.
