AMLAK CEO observes Corporate Strategy class

Chief Executive Officer of AMLAK Holding, Mr. Mohammed Al-Naimi, graciously observed Professor Fadlallah’s Corporate Strategy class in November, as they discussed the Case Hub case AMLAK Holding: Turnaround on a Deadline. First, the students explored the company’s situation in 2021, before Mr. Al-Naimi was hired as CEO, and then went through the case as it explained the strengths and weaknesses Mr. Al-Naimi had to deal with within the first year of his leadership of AMLAK. The class resulted in a brief Q&A for the CEO, which was helpful for students to gain better perspective on the strategical planning required to craft such a turnaround.
