Operations Management class scheduled to visit QatarPharma
Professor Iman Adeinat’s Spring Operations Management cohort will visit QatarPharma in Spring 2025, to gain invaluable insight into the company’s Operations Management strategy. Students will gain a hands-on perspective to the complex classroom theories they aim to master by the end of the semester.
Carnegie Mellon’s 70-371 Operations Management course deals with strategic issues (design of flexible supply), planning issues (capacity management), and operational issues (inventory management and information). The linkage between strategy and tactics is be emphasized.
