3rd round of QIA Executive Workshops apprentices graduate

Over a series of nine workshops held from September to November 2024, 26 apprentices from the QIA Center successfully completed a comprehensive training program led by faculty from Carnegie Mellon University in Qatar. The workshops covered a wide range of topics, including finance, Microsoft Excel, project management, business communication, presentation skills, leadership, negotiation, cybersecurity, and business analysis. Hosted at CMU-Q’s Continuing Education Center, an executive education hub, the program aimed to equip young professionals with advanced business knowledge tailored to the region.

The QIA Center also plays a key role in researching Qatar’s business landscape to develop case studies used in CMU-Q’s business curriculum. The Fall 2024 cohort demonstrated remarkable achievements, setting a strong example for future participants to continue building a vibrant community of emerging Qatari business leaders.
