MEEZA leaders offer Q&A at Team Dynamics lecture

Chief Strategy Officer Mr. Faisal Al-Kuwari and Chief Commercial Officer Fadi Nasser visited Professor Ki-Won Haan’s Team Dynamics & Leadership class in November to answer questions from students about the Case Hub case Meeza x Msheireb Downtown Doha: A Smart City Project. Students asked enlightening questions about the pair, gathering insightful viewpoints into how businesses navigate cultural and contractual barriers. Professor Haan expressed delight at how his students were gaining personal perspectives on the team dynamics of such a large project in Qatar.

Carnegie Mellon University’s 70-341 Team Dynamics and Leadership course provides students with the knowledge and skills to communicate in teams and to lead them effectively. It helps students communicate in and lead teams and organizations. Students learn both effective leadership practices as well as how to avoid common leadership mistakes.
